Committee Function
The Communications committee coordinates communications with FNPS and between FNPS and the public.
Some specific activities include:
- Drafting templates for press releases and other notifications
- Creating branding standards for FNPS (letterhead, brochures, etc.)
- Managing content of social media sites (blog, facebook, twitter, etc.)
- Assisting with volunteer coordination
Volunteers
There are many volunteers used by this committee. Among them are:
- Blog writers -- if you enjoy writing, this could be for you
- Tweeters
- Graphic artists (for brochures, branding, etc.)
- Publicists (make press announcements, etc.)
- Wiki manager (for handbook Wiki)
