Changes/Cancellations
Written notice of cancellation and request for refund of registration, field trip fees, and/or social event fees must be received on or before April 5, 2007, for a full refund. NO REFUNDS will be made after April 5, 2007.

Field trip changes will be accommodated on-site based upon availability.

FNPS reserves the right to change or cancel any event and refund registered participants.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:  Room and tax will be charged to individual if cancelled within 24 hours of reservation date.
