JOIN AN ACTIVE COMMUNITY OF CONSERVATIONISTS
AND HELP SAVE OUR NATIVE PLANTS AND THEIR HABITATS
Join a Community of People Who Care About Our Environment
Since 1980, the Florida Native Plant Society has been rooted in a simple but powerful mission: to preserve, conserve, and restore the native plants and natural communities of Florida.
We’re a statewide nonprofit powered by everyday people who care deeply about the place we call home. With over 30 local chapters state-wide, FNPS is as grassroots as it gets — organizing hikes, hosting native plant sales, restoring habitats, and speaking up for the wild spaces that need protection.
Each chapter is a gateway to hands-on conservation, local learning, and real community. Whether you're digging in the dirt, educating your neighbors, or simply growing your love for native plants, your involvement makes a difference.
Thinking about joining?
You don’t need to be a scientist or a seasoned gardener — just someone who wants to make Florida a little more native, and a lot more connected.
